Income-Limited Housing Eligibility at Youngstown Flats
Youngstown Flats participates in the MFTE affordable housing program with select homes available at restricted rents for income eligible households. Youngstown Flats is proud to participate in the Multifamily Property Tax Exemption (MFTE) program to provide rent-restricted homes to those with limited income. The maximum allowable income is determined by the City, expressed as a percentage of Area Median Income (%AMI). For more information on the MFTE program please click here.
