What lease terms are available?
We primarily offer 12-month lease terms. Depending on availability, we may also offer flexible lease options. Reach out to our leasing office to learn more about current term options.
What are the pet fees, rules, and amenities?
At Youngstown Flats we absolutely love your fury, four-legged family members! We welcome up to two pets per home (cats or dogs). Our pet policy includes a $300 refundable deposit and $50 monthly pet rent per pet. For breed restrictions or additional details, feel free to contact our leasing team.
Your pets will feel right at home with our dedicated amenities, including a fenced dog park with agility course and a pet spa featuring grooming and drying stations that are perfect for keeping them pampered and fresh!
How are maintenance requests handled?
We pride ourselves on prompt, professional service. Routine maintenance requests are typically addressed within two business days, while urgent issues receive priority attention. Requests can be submitted easily online or by phone, with regular updates provided throughout the process.
